Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Paintedtrain Heating & Air wants everyone to be able to use paintedtrain.lat, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Aim
We want the site to work for as many people as possible. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support accessibility, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page layout
- Add text alternatives for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Allow the whole site to be used with a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from third parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@paintedtrain.lat and we will do our part to assist.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible the site is. Email contact@paintedtrain.lat and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We review each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work in Progress
Accessibility is ongoing work. As the site changes, we keep it in mind and keep improving.
Request a callback
Request a callback to check provider availability, or send the request form. Describe what is happening and a local provider can follow up. No obligation.
