Disclaimer: What This Site Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Read this disclaimer before you use paintedtrain.lat. It is a general template, not legal advice.

A Referral Service Only

Paintedtrain Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not diagnose, repair, maintain or install air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps or any other equipment. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, not by Paintedtrain Heating & Air.

No Endorsement, No Promises

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of any provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider is available in your area at a given time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, credentials, warranties and conduct.

General Information

The content here is meant to inform. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Every home and every system is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your own situation.

Costs

Any cost figure on this site is a typical U.S. range. It is not a quote, and it varies by job, location, equipment and labor. Get a written estimate from the provider before work starts.

Efficiency, Rebates and Financing

Comments about energy efficiency are general, and we promise no level of energy savings. We do not offer, arrange or promise rebates, tax credits or financing. Ask the provider and your local utility which programs might apply to you.

Safety

HVAC equipment involves electricity, refrigerant and, in many homes, natural gas or propane. Do not take risks. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the home and contact your gas utility or local emergency services.

How We Are Paid

Paintedtrain Heating & Air may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy of the Content

We try to keep this site accurate and current. Even so, we do not warrant that it is complete or without errors.
